Booth Registration

Booth Details

Each booth includes a 10'×10' space, 1 table + 2 chairs, and an optional curtain/rod backdrop (extra cost). All vendors must be approved prior to the event. Once approved, prepayment of the booth fees must be made no later than August 10th.

Booth Application & Payment

To apply for a booth, submit your request using the Online Booth Request Form ↗, or email contactiagt@gmail.com with the subject line: Booth Request — [Your Name/Business].

Include details about your booth, nonprofit status (if applicable), any special requests, and your phone number for direct contact.

Submission does not guarantee approval. Once submitted, an IAGT Booth Coordinator will confirm selected booths and provide additional details.
